Sales Position
As a Sales Representative at Quality Truck and Equipment, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the best solutions for their needs. Requirements for Sales Position:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the truck or equipment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of trucks, hooklift systems, or related equipment (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits or industry events.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.

Requirements for Shop Position:
- Experience in welding, fabrication, mechanics, or related fields (preferred but not required; we offer training for motivated individuals).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in truck assembly and repair.
- Physical capability to lift heavy components and work in a hands-on environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems or electrical wiring (a plus).
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company standards.
