WARRANTY; DISCLAIMER: HYDRO LEDUC provides a standard limited warranty relating to structural integrity relating to the product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the limitations, described in the Standard Limited Warranty. Standard Limited Warranty is defined as; “Hydro Leduc products will be free from defects in material and workmanship and the warranty extends one year from the date of manufacturing of said products. Hydro Leduc reserves the right to inspect all products for cause and effect (if any) on warranty claims. All products must NOT be disassembled when returned, as this will void the products warranty. HYDRO LEDUC provides no other warranty, express or implied. HYDRO LEDUC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDI NG BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

• Muncie Power Products

Power Take-Off Warranty Policy (PTO) The Muncie Power Take-Off is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship and to meet Muncie Power Products’ standard written specifications at the time of sale. Muncie Power Products’ obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at Muncie Power Products’ option, within one year (two years on Allison World Transmission PTO’s) after date of original installation any defective part or parts or any product not meeting the specifications. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Muncie Power Products makes no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Muncie Power Products’ obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or delay. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and Muncie Power Products’ liability with respect to any contract or sale or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the product or part on which such liability is based. If requested by Muncie Power Products, products or parts for which a warranty claim is made are to be returned transportation prepaid to Muncie Power Products. Any installation or use not in accordance with catalogue or package instructions, other improper use, operation beyond capacity, substitution of parts not approved by Muncie Power Products, use with equipment other than the equipment on which the Power Take-Off is first installed, or alteration, or repair made to the Power Take-Off other than at Muncie Power Products shall void this warranty. No employee or representative of Muncie Power Products is authorized to change this warranty in any way or to grant any other warranty.
  Hydraulic Pump Warranty Policy The Muncie Hydraulic Pump or Motor is warranted against any defect in material and workmanship which existed at the time of sale by Muncie Power Products, according to the following provisions, subject to the requirements that the pump or motor must be used only in accordance with catalogue and package instructions. The Pump or Motor is warranted for a period of one year from the date of installation. If during the warranty period the Pump or Motor fails to operate to Muncie Power Products’ specifications due to a defect in any part in material or workmanship that existed at the time of sale by Muncie Power Products, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, at Muncie Power Products’ election, at no charge, if the defective part is returned to Muncie Power Products with transportation WARNING: The above warranty shall terminate if any alterations or repairs are made to the pump or motor other than at Muncie Power Products, or if the pump or motor is used on any equipment other than the equipment upon which it is first installed. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities, including negligence and all warranties of merchantability and suitability, expressed or implied, and state Muncie Power Products’ entire and exclusive liability and buyer’s exclusive remedy for any claim of damages in connection with the sale, repair or replacement of the above goods, their design, installation or operation. Muncie Power Products will in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, and our liability under no circumstances will exceed the contract price for the goods for which liability is claimed.

• Bezares

Products manufactured by Bezares are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of installation if proper documentation is provided, otherwise twelve months from invoice date shall apply. If requested by Bezares USA, Ltd., products or parts for which a warranty claim is made are to be returned transportation prepaid to Bezares USA, Ltd. Any product to be returned or claimed to be defective must be held for shipping instructions to Bezares USA, Ltd. Bezares USA, Ltd. will not be responsible in the case of wrong assembly of their units by another party, in the case of damage generated by external causes, in the case of overload, inadequate lubrication, or other problems related with a wrong assembly on a gearbox from pre-owned trucks. Any installation or use not in accordance with catalogue or package instructions, other improper use, operation beyond capacity, substitution of parts not approved by Bezares USA, Ltd., use with equipment other than the equipment on which the product is first installed, or alteration, or repair made to the product other than Bezares USA, Ltd. shall void this warranty. No Bezares USA, Ltd. representative is authorized to change this warranty without written approval from management. Before returning any item, the customer or its respective salesmen must complete a Customer RMA Form and submit it to Bezares USA, Ltd.’s Warranty/Return department to have an RMA # assigned in order to be considered for warranty evaluation.

• Limitation of Remedy Bezares USA, Ltd. agrees to repair, credit, or replace the product which has been proven to be defective in material or workmanship within the time period listed above. All merchandise credits will be on account, and must be used within a 12 month period from date of issue, otherwise credit will be forfeited – No cash refunds are permitted), Bezares USA, Ltd. must be informed prior to any product repair that will be made at any location other than Bezares USA, Ltd. Bezares USA, Ltd. will only authorize a company to proceed with the repair after receiving and approving a repair quotation, or will inform the insurance company to cover the responsibility, otherwise, Bezares USA, Ltd. will decline any responsibility for any cost involved in such repair. Bezares USA, Ltd.‘s obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct, indirect,
• special, incidental, or consequential damages or delay.

• DewEze® Hydraulics & Controls

Effective November 1, 2025
Harper Industries, Inc. (HII) warrants to each purchaser of a new DewEze hydraulic power system and controls that such system is free from manufacturing defects which appear while in normal service for a period of ONE-YEAR, unless otherwise specified, commencing with the date of installation. The hydraulic power system must be installed by an authorized dealer to qualify for warranty. All warranty communication must be directed through the authorized dealer of installation.

In addition to the one-year period for manufacturing defects, all failures of the engine driven PTO are warrantied for the first 180 days, unless otherwise specified, commencing with the delivery to the original user. This six-month warranty can be claimed one time per part of engine-driven PTO. It is the responsibility of the customer and dealer to ensure that the vehicle’s hydraulic system or installation are not contributing to the failure of the DewEze components.

The warranty policy on DewEze hydraulic power systems and controls covers the replacement of defective parts and outbound freight (UPS Ground). Labor required to cover warrantable failures is covered at the rates and durations outlined in the Warranty policy. Wear parts, such as belts and hoses, are not covered under warranty. The Authorized Dealer is responsible for returning parts for evaluation within one month, if requested by HII.

HII limits all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to repair or replacement. The decision to repair or replace shall be at HII’s option. HII does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any damage to the engine or any component thereof, on which the hydraulic power system is mounted. HII makes no other express warranty, nor is anyone authorized to make any on its behalf.

If this system is not being used to power a DewEze product, the authorized dealer, through its own analysis and testing, is solely responsible for making the final selection of the system and assuring its compatibility with other components of the vehicle’s hydraulic system. This is due to the wide variety of operating conditions and applications where hydraulic power systems are used. The authorized dealer must also make sure that all engine load, performance, safety, and warning requirements of the application are met.
